Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. As a teenager She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage after she received her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. The competition was among the very best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
