Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' expertise. She has worked with leaders in different industries to improve the business results, especially during rapid growth. She was a expert in the translation of enterprise-wide strategic plans and goals into business strategies and employee engagement. She believes that learning is the most important aspect of leading. Her extensive experience in small and mid-size companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes have helped to create organizational cultures that embodied changes and learning that positively affect teams as well as organizations.
