Sara Gilbert, an American actor with a prestigious resume she has been featured in many TV shows and films in her long career. She also hosts and creator of the popular daytime talk show The Talk. In Roseanne she first gained fame for her role as Darlene Conner Healy. As a result of the role she played there were two Primetime Emmy Award noms were given to her. Apart from the character she's known for in this hit television show Leslie Winkle was also a notable character on The Big Bang Theory. The credits for her acting include movies such as Poison Ivy The Big Tease and Light It Up. Along with being an actress Gilbert has also been involved in writing scripts and direction. Gilbert, upon coming at peace with her sexual orientation decided to not talk about it publicly. Prior to recognizing she was gay she was in a romance with her actor co-star Johnny Galecki. Following their breakup the actress began to date Allison Adler. Just before launching her talk show Sara Gilbert publicly came out. She was married from 2014 until 2019 to the singer/songwriter Linda Perry.
