Luciana Paoluzzi, as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the daughter of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) and Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress of Benito Mussolini). There is no information about her having any siblings. Luciana was a student at an elementary school in the area before going to the Scientific Academy of Milan in 1955. Luciana was one of only two women in her class. Within two years she launched modeling but that all changed when she was offered her first acting job by chance while she was visiting her father's best acquaintance in Rome she had a very brief two-line character in Three Coins in the Fountain and that's when it all began.
